You can change the tariff whenever you want without risk of loosing your money. If you wish to update to a new tariff before expiration of your current tariff plan, the unused money will be recounted in accordance with the selected tariff, thus no money payment will be requested. If you change from the Default tariff or during the last month of subscription, you will be requested to pay for the whole subscription period in accordance with the selected tariff plan.

• Please note that you can’t change your current tariff plan to a cheaper one. You can only prolong you current tariff or update to a more advanced tariff.

• The procedure consists of several steps. You can cancel the transaction at any step without being charged any money.

To change your current tariff plan to new one you should open the tariff management page, select the new tariff plan (non marked with flag) you wish to update to and click [Upgrade] button.

The default internet browser will pop up and you will be prompted to enter necessary billing information. All of the data entered on this page is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transmitted via a secure connection.

Here you can enter correct information and click [Complete order] button to upgrade the tariff plan.

Note! Do not click [Complete order] button more than once to avoid several money payments.

• You will be notified by e-mail and receive confirmation message that the tariff plan was successfully upgraded.
